Services / Payment:
If someone refuses to pay, that is a theft of service and the authorities will be involved.
Brazilian and Bikini waxing, MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18. (Parent must be present if under 18)
Any service provided must have a signed waiver. For those under 18, a parent or guardian must sign also.
No refunds, all services and sales are final! Unless addressed by Meg.
No discounts will be freely given unless Meg approved of it.
Card charges have an upcharge of 2.6%.
No checks will be accepted. Cash and Card only.
Gift cards that have a professional seal on them must be present at the time of use.
Lash Extensions:
Clients coming from a previous lash artist. No client will be receiving a fill if they are considered a “foreign fill”. The client must have the lashes removed and a full set applied. (This is for your lash safety and health)
Lash prices listed are not a guarantee, they are subject to change due to retention and client care upon arrival of appointment.
If a lash issue may occur within 24 hours of the appointment time, the customer is allowed one free retouch.
Please consider your appointment as to what they need to be. If you have enough eyelashes on to count that will be considered a full set. (Think of it as if you go into a nail salon with two nails left and you booked for a fill, that’s going to be a full set) We try to ensure that you just have enough time because we can not do a full set of lashes in a fill size space.
Arrival / Cancellation :
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out client intake forms and for the decency of our time here at MMB.LLC
If the client is more than 10 minutes late, they will be asked to reschedule. If you are late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full & have a fee added for being late.
Deposits are non-refundable! It just assures that I am making an income, and for the reassurance of the client’s arrival.
No Show / Cancelation: Cancellation’s should be addressed a minimum of 12 hours prior to an appointment or the other 45% of the price will be charged to the card on file. This is the amount collected after your already pre paid deposit. Deposits are to ensure “rescheduling” and those are to be moved forward with any rescheduled appointment. Cancelling the day of will result in having to pay 95% of that appointment cost to cover your providers time. They could have had someone else in that spot, known 12 hours ahead of appointment time, and that waived getting charged the other 45%. Please just be considerate.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to the Spa atmosphere.
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, I ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services.
